SAFE, Inc. (Sane Aviation For Everyone, Inc.), is a coalition of independent citizens groups and individuals in the New York City metropolitan area. We are dedicated to stopping and reversing the adverse environmental and health impacts of JFK, LaGuardia and Newark Airports and the fair sharing of these impacts. We were incorporated on July 7, 1994. SAFE, Inc. is a member of U.S. Citizen's Aviation Watch. SAFE, Inc.'s president, Dr. Frans C. Verhagen, became president of this national organization in April, 2002. Since Spring 2007 SAFE, Inc. has proposed to the national organization and the US public the TEN SUSTAINABLE AVIATION DEMANDS that are to be presented to US Congress as the policy objectives of the US citizen sustainable aviation movement. Number 2 of these tensademandsUSA2 deal with the IITS Inititative and its associated ISATEA legislation. Please, sign this most important PETITION, found at the bottom right.
